Peter Wermelinger – the man who owns the domain «funk.ch». Since the 1980s, he has meticulously documented thousands of 45s, 12inch records and albums in his publication «The Funky & Groovy Music Records Lexicon», covering anything that includes or touches on funk music. His books and their updated editions compile scans, label numbers and countless other details about these releases, making them essential reference works for any black music collector.

In Peter, the roles of archivist, DJ, and passionate music lover merge – someone for whom sharing music is the ultimate value. I'm really excited that after many years of knowing him, I can now invite Peter to Soul Sketches, where we can listen to his stories and music together.
